How to order?

Once you have chosen your piece of jewellery, just follow the prompts for size, colour and elements you want to add, once you have checked out, we will do the rest.

I've ordered, what happens now?

We will arrange to get an element(s) collection pack to you, this can be collected if you live in Jersey, or posted to you.  The pack will come with full instructions, and once returned to us we will start to make your jewellery.

What can I add to my jewellery?

Elements that can be added are breast milk, umbilical cord, human hair, loved ones ashes, pet fur, pet ashes, sand, clothing.  If there is anything else you would like to add, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss.

Please note white hair or fur becomes translucent during the process so you may not be able to see it in the finished piece of jewellery.

Can I add more than one element?

We would recommend only one to two elements per piece, depending on the jewellery you have chosen.  For smaller pieces like beads and earring, we would suggest just one element.  Popular pairings are breast milk and baby's first lock of hair, loved ones ashes and hair or pet ashes and fur.  Please do contact us if you would like to mix other elements so we can advise if/how they would work.

Are my loved ones elements safe?

We understand how difficult it might be to trust someone with elements of a loved one.  Anything sent to us will be labelled with your order number and kept separate from other orders.  We only fulfill one order at a time.  We will treat all elements with the respect they deserve and anything we don't use to make your jewellery will be returned to you.

How long will it take to receive my finished piece of jewellery?

Please allow up to 30 days to received your finished piece of jewellery.  This of course will depend on how quickly we receive the elements you want to include.
